Reminder that all Jr. High and High School Athletes must have their forms completed, submitted and fees paid prior to being allowed to practice or participate in any sport. All paperwork must be cleared through the High School Office first. This includes sports packet, physical, fees and concussion test. The fees are as follows: $60 for High School, $50 for Jr. High or $150 max for a family. This is not required for the football camp on July 17th - July 20th.
